Offline Quality Control: SD201 Reader

Each and every item that is printed with SecuSystem Security Ink must be accurately detected by SecuSystem Readers. By carefully checking and controlling the printing process, SecuSystem can guarantee that your valid printed item will be detected easily and accurately. Those printed items not meeting our strict standards will be rejected.

The SecuSystem offline quality control solution is comprised of a SecuSystem Reader with LCD Display.

The reader facilitates viewing key parameters, collected from a SecuSystem printed item. This information is necessary for quality control and operations personnel, to quickly verify printed security items and assure compliance with product standards.

Every reader is supplied with a master sample to verify and ensure proper reader operation.

The reader is powered by an internal battery that is recharged with a supplied power adapter.

The reader operates for more than 5 hours between charges.

With the offline quality control reader, samples are checked after the printing process.

SD201 Reader option:

• Serial Link to Personal Computer and SecuSystem Software Package.
  
  This option is recommended for customers using the Reader in a permanent location such as a quality assurance laboratory.
